Favorite Pasta

This is not a recipe post, this is an advertisement (uh, except without any compensation to me other than some damn delicious pastas). There's a Fresh Market every Thursday at my work place. I usually go down and at least check out what's available, occasionally purchasing some local produce or lunch from a local business. Probably my favorite weeks are when this (not-so-local, sadly) pasta company is there. Pappardelle's has some DELICIOUS dried pastas (if a wee bit expensive...). We recently had garlic whole wheat fettucini, chipotle pepper fettucini, and yesterday I purchased some four peppercorn fettucini that I cannot WAIT to try. I highly recommend checking out http://www.pappardellesonline.com/ and trying some of their pasta. Yesterday they also had some chocolate and raspberry gemelli that I really want to try, but I'm not sure what I would do with it.
