This post is for my running buddy, Denise :) My running group is into our taper now for the half marathon (only two more weeks!) and to celebrate, I invited the group over for breakfast. Denise brought fruit salad, the boys brought bagels (and forgot the spread, oops!) and my amazing running partner Julie brought a bottle of champagne. My contribution? (Besides the table, of course) Goat cheese and Tomato Quiche and Banana bread. Oh, yum. Next time I would leave out the onions from the quiche, or at least use yellow onion instead of red, but that's all we had available.
